My overall experience was excellent from start to finish. Everyone on the team was welcoming, professional, and genuinely kind. The receptionist made a great first impression with her friendly and positive attitude, which immediately made me feel comfortable. Dr. Ingy Aly made what is normally a stressful dental visit an enjoyable experience. She had me laughing during my appointment, which says a lot considering I was at the dentist. She took the time to explain everything thoroughly, and I left feeling much more informed about my dental health. Her professionalism, knowledge, and personable approach made the visit truly worthwhile. While the cost of treatment was higher than I initially expected, the office manager was understanding and willing to work with me to discuss my options, which I greatly appreciated. If I were staying on the East Coast, there is no doubt this would be my primary dental office. I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for exceptional care and a team that genuinely values its patients.

My dental filling came out, I can not eat or drink anything and scheduled appiontment online. the case manager confirmed the appointment and said she can not guarantee the surgery today. I agree as nobody can ganrantee surgery except an physician. then I came to clinic and finished all exams including X-ray. the dentist came and talk about 15 seconds, said he will check with case manager for dental filling and left. Then case manager told me my visit already done and inform me dental filling procedure not availble today and tomorrow. I'm so frustrated, if all all procedure schedule was full for 2 days, she should be honest and tell me, so I won't come. As I can not eat anything, I desparately called other dental clinic for help around 3:45pm, God bless me, I got Dental appointment around 5:00 pm at Oelbaum & Kagan Dentistry. Dr. Kagan is very nice and he did dental filling for me. He is super nice and professional.

Ingy is the best hygienist I’ve been to and I’m 64 years old. A true deep cleaning is meticulously work. Ingy was systematic and took her time. Sixty minutes per side. She used a mix of tools, including the ultrasonic scaler and hand curettes. The tell tale sign of a job well done was the temporary soreness and sensitivity. This was no surface level cleaning!!! Ingy got it all!!!! My gums were tender and my teeth were sensitive to cold for a few days. Importantly, there was no high pressure sales pitch and no financing trap. Aspen Dental is an honest and straightforward shop and Ingy, in particular, ESPECIALLY Ingy!!!! is the soul of integrity. She’s good at what she does, she knows it and takes great pride in her work!! I will never, under any circumstances, go elsewhere and neither should you!!!!

I must say Aspen is worth going to. Pleasant experience. Alex was great doing xrays, Dr. Solomon was very knowledgeable and sweet and ingy the dental hygienist was so companionet and explained everything to me. Even gave me a hug because I was very upset of the news I received. The young lady in billing also sweet.

I had such a great experience with Ingy Aly! She was incredibly kind, gentle, and professional throughout my entire appointment. She made me feel very comfortable and took the time to explain everything clearly. You can tell she truly cares about her patients and wants them to have a positive experience. My cleaning was thorough and painless, and I left feeling very well taken care of. Highly recommend Ingy Aly to anyone looking for a caring and knowledgeable dental hygienist!
